History
Zazove Associates, LLC is an employee-owned investment
management firm that has been dedicated to the management
of convertible securities since 1971. The firm
is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission
as an investment advisor.
Size
Operating out of its Incline Village, Nevada headquarters
and a satellite office in Northbrook, Illinois,
the
firm employs 24 people, including sixteen professionals
and eight administrative support personnel. Assets
under management have grown from approximately
$25 million
at year-end 1990 to in excess of $5.1 billion as of April 30, 2008.
Investors
Current investors in our programs include insurance
companies, pension plans, public funds, endowments,
investment partnerships, trusts, family offices, and
individual investors.

Professional Portfolio Management
As an investment advisor, we actively manage portfolios
for our clients. Unlike a stockbroker, we do not
receive commissions from the purchase and sale of securities.
Our only source of revenues is investment advisory fees.
